KYBS adulterations: - no ginger if going for 100% veg we grew as current home-grown supply still not large enough to spare for culinary use - skinned tomatoes, removed tomato seeds. For the more masochistic, press the pulp through a sieve - chilies cut into very thin rings so they look cool (and are not really that convenient) - vinegar/sugar used was 100g/200g - vinegar was cider vinegar (less food miles hopefully) - adjust heat by deseeding the least hot chilies but keep the hotter ones
